Production can be the most stressful part of building a collection – especially if you are not based in Turkey. We act as your local partner, helping you source fabrics and trims, find suitable manufacturers and keep the process moving from sampling to shipment.

Sourcing & matching
We begin by understanding what you want to produce: categories, quantities, price targets and any sustainability or certification needs. Then we look for the right matches in our network – fabrics, trims and manufacturers in Turkey that fit your level. You receive curated options instead of an overwhelming list, with notes on pros, cons and minimums.

Sampling & planning
Once directions are chosen, we move into sampling. We help you brief factories using your tech packs and our notes, follow up on sample progress and give feedback through photos, videos and measurements. At the same time, we build a realistic production plan: MOQs, lead times and a simple critical path so you know what happens when.

Production & logistics
When you confirm production, we support communication with the factories, monitor key milestones and help solve small issues early (fit tweaks, colour checks, minor quantity changes). We also assist with basic logistics planning: shipment timing, approximate costs per kg and packaging details.

Editorial & lookbook shoots
For brands that want a stronger image, we help plan and direct more editorial or e-com shoots: concept, moodboard, basic styling direction and shot list. These images can be used for lookbooks, social media and campaigns to introduce your collection with a clearer story.
